Mass Production Management
(1) Receiving inspection
・We conduct incoming inspections based on our receiving inspection standards.
・Individual responses according to customer requests can also be considered, so please consult with us.
(2) Improving inventory management efficiency
Based on inventory management standards, we set the following as standard inventory levels:
・Domestic suppliers: 3 days
・International suppliers: 2 weeks
Management Methods
We operate appropriate management methods according to product size and characteristics.
(1) Fixed-item, fixed-location management
We issue POFC in accordance with material requirements planning and optimize inventory by delivering the necessary quantity at the necessary timing.
(2) Transit management
For large parts that require warehouse space, we conduct pre-receiving inspections, enabling immediate delivery to the next process after receipt. Inventory-less operation allows effective use of limited space.
(3) Barcode management
For electronic components and other parts that require inventory for a certain period, we use barcode management to instantly check warehouse quantities, lots, and other status information。
・We utilize external warehouses to provide 24-hour delivery.
