Production Equipment (Jigs, tools, and automated machines)
Production equipment used within the Muramoto Group is manufactured in-house.
We collaborate with overseas subsidiaries and each department to streamline and automate work processes, while working on ideas that contribute to improvements, quality stabilization, and cost reductions.

Screw Tightening Device
To reduce production cycle time and improve work processes, we advanced research and improvement of each assembly operation through in-house projects. We automated some assembly operations, achieving improved production cycle time reduction and quality stabilization.

Solder Assembly Device
By developing prototypes together with customers, we proposed equipment for mass production use and achieved the introduction of automatic soldering machines from the start of mass production.

Sheet Cutting Machine
We took up sheet cutting processing in our technology development project and developed a sheet cutting machine considering processing methods and maintainability, achieving in-house production of purchased products.

Motor Press-fitting Device
For labor-saving purposes, we developed a device that automates all processes from unpacking to motor press-fitting and pass/fail judgment of press-fitting results. We achieved labor-saving using multi-axis and SCARA robots.

Flexible Bending Machine
We developed a flexible bending machine for labor-saving purposes. Through field verification at mass production factories, we made further improvements and installed more than ten additional units, achieving labor-saving in flexible bending operations.

Gear Insertion Device
For semi-automation purposes, we developed a device that automatically sets gear parts and performs press-fitting. We achieved labor-saving and production cycle time improvement.
