Muramoto has a strong track record across various industries, including automotive, consumer electronics, and medical equipment. We utilize the knowledge and experience we have gained to propose optimal production lines.

Production equipment used within the Muramoto Group is manufactured in-house. We collaborate with overseas subsidiaries and each department to streamline and automate work processes, while working on ideas that contribute to improvements, quality stabilization, and cost reductions.

We have equipment for applications such as surface mount technology (SMT), dual in-line packaging (DIP), bond coating, laser marking, 3D printing inspection, X-ray inspection, and BGA rework. We have built production systems that fulfill the requirements of automotive devices, and we possess extensive experience in customer audits.

Our range of presses includes progressive, tandem, transfer, high-speed, multi-presses, and servo presses. We provide a variety of processing capabilities using different equipment types to match specific shapes and applications.

In addition to our standard molding equipment, we offer vertical molding, two-color molding, gas injection, heat and cool molding, transparent molding, and clean molding equipment. We utilize the most suitable equipment for the shape and intended use of each product.

Our equipment includes coating, printing, laser marking, coloring, and vapor deposition. We provide decorative finishes tailored to the specific uses of a diverse range of products, with experience in approximately 200 different colors.

Our services include spot welding, projection welding, riveting, clinching, high-spin riveting, heat welding, and ultrasonic welding. We are equipped to handle all types of pressed and plastic-molded products. Additionally, if needed, we can also manufacture jigs and other equipment.

We can design and produce press dies and injection molding dies in-house. Additionally, we can procure these from our partner manufacturers in Japan and abroad.
