Detailed description
To reduce costs, we collaborated with the customer to create a mechanism that could prevent water ingress without the need for traditionally used gaskets. We finely adjusted the press parts' flatness and the plastic's fit to fulfill the waterproofing requirements.
We ensure quality by conducting high-volume testing during the initial production phase and performing leak tests on selected samples.
