Detailed description
We addressed several challenges that emerged from the change in manufacturing methods. This included verifying the feasibility of the product shape and introducing a specialized washing machine to ensure the strength of the adhesive assembly. We also reduced costs by transitioning to the pressing method.
Furthermore, the frequency of die replacements was decreased to one-tenth of the previous rate, which contributed to lower operational costs.
