  We noticed that there were many workers, especially in the FFC bending process, occupying a significant amount of the production area. Upon investigation, we discovered that they were using dozens of different complex bending processes, which required a substantial amount of manpower to execute.

  Decorating curved surfaces

  Typically, 3D curved surfaces are decorated with paint. However, reducing costs with this method can be challenging due to yield issues. Therefore, we have developed a technique for decorating curved surfaces using silk printing.
