Detailed description

A customer requested three different decorative finishes on a single molded part: plating, piano black, and glitter.
To fulfill this requirement, we designed and proposed a structure that divides the parts, decorates them individually, and then joins them together.
Although this method required heat welding, it eliminated the need for masking and improved the yield, leading to cost savings.
